Our Links With The Church
As a church school, our link with the church is an important part of our identity and values. The partnership helps to promote a strong sense of community and respect, providing opportunities for pupils to explore faith, spirituality, and moral values in a meaningful way. Our partnerships links include:
- Fr Henry comes to school to lead worship every fortnight.
- At least once a term, Fr Henry will lead a whole school Eucharist to celebrate important dates in the Christian calendar. These are sometimes at school and sometimes in church.
- Children visit the church to support Curriculum learning.
- Fr Henry is one of our school governors and works closely with school leaders.
- The church host community events run by the school's PTFA.
- Our school choir represents the school by singing at Church led events.
- Children and their families are invited to special celebration services throughout the year such as Harvest and Christingle.
