Key Stage 2 (KS2) is the second key stage of primary school, a phase of education for 7-11 year-old children.
Year 3 and Year 4 make up lower KS2 in our school. Upper KS2 (Years 5 and 6) are at middle school.
In our school we have three classes in Key Stage 2. St Andrew, St Mary and St John. The three class teachers follow the Key Stage 2 curriculum. They plan together and the children within the classes have the same curriculum, adapted for their year group and their individual needs. Whichever class your child is in, you will find they have the same learning opportunities and the same curriculum provision.
